This compact office space, for an emerging construction company, is bifurcated into two distinct functional areas. One serving as the space for hosting client meetings and presentations while the other serving as the workspace, recreation and brainstorming area for the employees. The façade uses frosted glass blocks to take advantage of the duality of its properties of enabling natural light to penetrate the office space while, at the same time, keeping adequate degree of visual privacy from the outside.
